Event Overview: The World‘s Largest Trade Show
As the world‘s largest and longest-running comprehensive trade event, the Canton Fair attracted buyers and industry professionals from around the globe. Phase 1 alone welcomed nearly 158,000 overseas buyers. Ewinall’s booth was located at Booth 8.0N09, of the Pazhou Complex. The booth featured a dynamic demonstration zone showcasing a complete packaging line—from semi-automatic weighing and filling to fully automatic vacuum sealing and robotic palletizing.
Show Highlights: Full Range of Packaging Solutions
Ewinall presented its core product lines at the fair:
1. Fully Automatic Vacuum Packaging Machines (QZB Series)
The QZB series is Ewinall‘s flagship solution for premium rice and grain retail packaging. The QZB-700S delivers six-side vacuum brick-shaped packs for 0.5-5kg bags at 500-600 bags/hour, ideal for premium retail rice brands. The QZB-700T/QZB-900Z handle 2.5-25kg formats with one-touch switching between woven bag sewing, PE bag heat-sealing, and double/six-side vacuum. The QZB-1200T pushes throughput to 1,200-1,300 bags/hour for 2.5kg pillow packs. All models feature PLC touchscreen control with recipe storage for seamless specification changeover.
2. High-Speed Quantitative Weighing Scales (DCS Series)
The DCS series offers precise, high-speed weighing and filling for rice, grains, feed, beans, sesame, flour, and other granular/powder materials. The DCS-50FS2 features dual-core PLC + weighing controller with 480 A/D conversions per second, achieving 800-1,200 bags/hour. The DCS-50ZF2 is optimized for rice husk powder and lightweight materials at 400-500 bags/hour. The DCS-10ZD2, designed for 1-5kg small bags, is equipped with a Mettler Toledo (USA) load cell and reaches up to 1,000 bags/hour. All material-contact parts are 304 stainless steel, meeting food safety standards.
3.Robotic Palletizing and Conveying Systems
Complementing the core packaging machines, Ewinall also showcased conveyor, shaping, and palletizing equipment for end-of-line automation, enabling fully integrated production from filling to warehouse stacking.
On-Site Engagement and Customer Feedback
During the five-day exhibition, Ewinall‘s booth welcomed professional buyers from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Europe, and beyond. The technical and sales teams provided live equipment demonstrations and offered one-on-one consultations for customized packaging solutions tailored to different materials (rice, grains, flour, feed, fertilizer, chemical granules), bag sizes (0.5kg to 100kg), and packaging formats (woven bags, PE bags, vacuum packs, pillow bags, brick-shaped packs).
The QZB series fully automatic vacuum packaging machines attracted significant interest, particularly the six-side brick-shaped vacuum packs for premium retail display. Several buyers from rice-exporting countries in Southeast Asia expressed strong interest in collaboration.
