Ewinall recently completed a rice packaging machine project in the Philippines, supplying a QZB-900-B fully automatic packaging machine for a local rice processing plant. The customer uses the system for 2kg, 5kg, and 10kg rice packaging, improving packaging efficiency while maintaining stable weighing accuracy and neat bag sealing.

The QZB-900-B automatic rice packaging machine integrates automatic bag feeding, quantitative filling, bag folding, and sealing into one compact system. With a high-speed packing capacity of up to 850 bags per hour, the machine helps reduce labor costs and supports continuous production for modern rice mills and grain packaging operations.

The packaging line supports both woven laminated bags and PE bags, making it suitable for different rice packaging requirements in the Philippine market. Its PLC touch screen control system allows operators to quickly switch between different bag sizes and production settings, helping the customer efficiently package multiple rice specifications on one machine.
