EWINALL Logistics & Shipping Policy

 

1. Scope

This Logistics & Shipping Policy applies to all B2B orders placed with EWINALL PACKAGING MACHINE CO., LTD. via EWINALL.COM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Incoterms

2.1 Standard Incoterms 2020 are applied, including but not limited to EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP.
2.2 The applicable Incoterm shall be clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.

3. Production & Delivery Time

3.1 Production lead time normally ranges from 20–45 working days, depending on equipment model, configuration, and order quantity.
3.2 Delivery time starts after receipt of agreed advance payment and technical confirmation.
3.3 Estimated shipping time depends on destination port, shipping method, and carrier schedule.

4. Shipping Methods

EWINALL supports multiple shipping methods:

Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)

Air Freight (for spare parts or urgent orders)

Land Transportation (where applicable)

5. Packaging &  Loading

5.1 All machines are packed in export-standard wooden cases or reinforced packaging suitable for long-distance transportation.
5.2 Moisture-proof, rust-proof, and shock-resistant measures are applied when necessary.
5.3 Loading photos and packing lists can be provided upon request.

6. Shipping Documents

Seller will provide standard export documents, including:

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

Bill of Lading / Air Waybill

Certificate of Origin (if required)

Other documents as agreed

7. Risk Transfer

7.1 Risk transfers from Seller to Buyer strictly according to the agreed Incoterm.
7.2 Under FOB terms, risk transfers once goods are loaded on board at the port of shipment.

8. Shipping Delays

EWINALL shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Force majeure

Port congestion

Customs inspection

Carrier schedule changes

9. Insurance

9.1 Cargo insurance is arranged only when agreed (e.g., CIF terms).
9.2 Under FOB/CFR terms, insurance is Buyer’s responsibility.

10. Special Notes

Installation, commissioning, and training are not included in logistics unless specified.

Any additional local charges at destination (customs duty, port fees, inland transport) are borne by Buyer.
