Bags and tons per hour by bag weight
| Bag weight | Machine | How bags are fed | Bags/hour | Tons/hour |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25 kg (55 lb) | QZB-600M | Bag magazine | 500–600 | 12.5–15.0 t |
| 40 kg (88 lb) | QZB-600M / QZB-700M | Pre-made woven bags | 500–600 | 20.0–24.0 t |
| 40 kg (88 lb) | QZB-500BL | Woven roll, bag made on the machine | 540–720 | 21.6–28.8 t |
| 50 kg (110 lb) | QZB-600M / QZB-700M | Pre-made woven bags | 500–600 | 25.0–30.0 t |
| 50 kg (110 lb) | QZB-500BL | Woven roll, bag made on the machine | 540–720 | 27.0–36.0 t |
Tons/hour = bags/hour × bag weight ÷ 1,000. Bags/hour are the published ranges on each product page. QZB-700M was measured with rice; QZB-500BL runs DDGS and cottonseed meal at 540–660 and soybean meal at 660–720 bags/hour. Your product's density and flow set the real rate, so we confirm it before quoting. Packing 50 lb bags? See 50 lb bag filling machines.
Which automatic bagger fits your feed
| Your situation | Look at | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Pellets or crumbles, pre-made woven bags, 25–50 kg | QZB-600M | Takes bags from a magazine, opens them with a patented mechanism, three-sensor scale, sews |
| Grain, seed or feed, operators already handle empty bags | QZB-700M | Operators place empty bags; the machine picks, opens, weighs, shapes and sews |
| DDGS, soybean meal, bran, cottonseed meal, 40–70 kg | QZB-500BL | Makes each bag from a woven roll, integrated dust removal, sews and labels |
| Granular fertilizer or NPK blends, 25–50 kg | QZB-600M | Listed for granular, blended and organic fertilizer in woven bags |
| Lower volume, several bag weights from 5 to 50 kg | DCS-50FB3 | Semi-automatic dual-hopper scale, 660–1,080 bags/hour, ±0.1% F.S.; one operator places bags |
From bagger to pallet
| Station | What it does | Key figure |
|---|---|---|
| Weighing and filling | Three-sensor load-cell scale, one fill per bag | ±0.2% (QZB-600M), ±0.2% F.S. (QZB-500BL) |
| Closing | Industrial sewing head; crepe tape or labeling where required | Sewn woven bags |
| Inspection | Check weigher, metal detector, lot and date coding | Inline after closing |
| Palletizing | EC-171 robot stacks bags by pattern | 160 kg payload, up to 1,600 cycles/hour |
| Wrapping | Stretch wrapping of finished pallets | Quoted per pallet size |
A line can start with the bagger alone and add inspection and palletizing later. We supply the layout drawing for the full line.
Utilities to plan for
| Machine | Compressed air | Power (standard) | Footprint L × W × H |
|---|---|---|---|
| QZB-600M | 31 m³/h at 0.5–0.7 MPa (~18 CFM) | 5.5 kW | 5.3 × 3.9 × 3.9 m |
| QZB-700M | 600 L/min at 0.5 MPa (~21 CFM) | 11 kW | 3.75 × 2.95 × 3.85 m |
| QZB-500BL | 167 L/min at 0.5–0.7 MPa (~5.9 CFM) | 12 kW | 7.2 × 3.8 × 2.55 m |
Standard power is 380 V 50 Hz. For U.S. and Canadian plants, tell us your voltage; 220/240 V 60 Hz configurations are available depending on the machine.

Questions from feed mills
Can one automatic bagger run 25 kg and 50 kg bags?
Yes. QZB-600M and QZB-700M both cover 25–50 kg (55–110 lb). Bags under 25 kg, including 50 lb (22.7 kg), run on the 5–25 kg platform such as QZB-900D.
Does mash feed bag as fast as pellets?
Usually not. Mash and meal flow more slowly and carry more dust, which lowers bags per hour. Send a sample description or bulk density and we confirm the rate.
Can it handle fertilizer?
QZB-600M is listed for granular fertilizer, NPK blends and organic fertilizer in uncoated or double-coated woven bags.
Is installation included?
Installation, testing and operator training are included with the automatic baggers, and machines are tested before shipment.
