Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Request a Quote

Can one fully automatic machine cover every size from 5 to 50 kg?

Normally no. Our fully automatic bagging systems are configured around 5–25 kg (11–55 lb) or 25–50 kg (55–110 lb) ranges because empty-bag dimensions and handling requirements differ. We will recommend the correct platform after reviewing your bag sizes.

Can you configure the machine for North American power?

Yes. 220/240 V, 60 Hz, three-phase configurations are available depending on the machine and project. Please provide your plant power standard when requesting a quote.

What information is needed for an accurate quotation?

Product, bag weight, bag material/dimensions, target output and project location are the most important starting points. Bulk density and product photos or samples can help for more demanding materials.

Can the line include sewing, sealing, metal detection or palletizing?

Yes. Depending on the application, the line can integrate bag sewing or heat sealing, conveyors, coding, checkweighing, metal detection, robot palletizing and stretch wrapping.

How do installation and after-sales support work?

Remote installation and commissioning guidance is available. For projects that require on-site support, engineer installation and training can be arranged based on destination and project scope.
