Common questions about grain packaging machines

What grains can these machines pack?
All free‑flowing grains: rice, wheat, corn, soybeans, millet, sorghum, lentils, chickpeas, seeds. Powder versions handle flour, bran and feed.
What is the typical weighing accuracy?
±0.2% to ±0.5% of full scale, depending on the model. Triple‑sensor scales keep give‑away to a minimum.
Can the same machine do different bag sizes?
Yes. Fully automatic models store recipes for different bag sizes and switch in minutes. Semi‑auto scales can be adjusted within their range.
Woven bags or plastic bags?
Our automatic and semi‑auto machines run laminated woven bags. Vacuum machines use PE composite film. Options for handle bags are available.
How long does installation take?
With video support most customers are running within 2‑3 days. On‑site service typically takes 3‑5 days including bag trials and training.
Do you provide complete packaging lines?
Yes, we design full lines — bagging machine, conveyor, sewing/heat sealing, check weigher, metal detector and palletizer. One contact for the whole project.
