EWINALL Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Scope

This policy applies to all business customers (“Buyers”) purchasing products from EWINALL.COM (“Seller”) under B2B transactions. These terms govern returns, refunds, and related obligations unless otherwise stated in the sales contract or purchase order.

2. Inspection & Acceptance

2.1 Buyer must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.
2.2 Any visible damage, shortage, or non-conformity must be reported in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
2.3 For hidden defects discovered later, Buyer must notify Seller within 10 business days of discovery.

3. Return Authorization

3.1 Returns are accepted only with Seller’s written Return Authorization (RA).
3.2 Buyer must provide order number, invoice, part numbers, defect description, and photos (if applicable).
3.3 Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to restocking fees.

4. Eligible Returns

Returns may be approved for:
✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Damaged products in transit (with carrier claim documentation)
✔ Wrong items shipped by Seller

5. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Custom-built or configured machinery
❌ Consumables once opened (e.g., neddles, bags)
❌ Items exceeding return window

6. Restocking & Fees

6.1 Standard returns may incur a restocking fee up to 15% of item value.
6.2 Products must be in original packaging, unused, and resalable.
6.3 Buyer bears shipping cost for returns unless defect/damage is Seller’s responsibility.

7. Refund Terms

7.1 Approved refunds are processed after Seller inspects returned goods.
7.2 Refunds will be issued to Buyer’s original payment method or credit memo.
7.3 Shipping, insurance, and applicable fees are non-refundable.

8. Warranty & Repairs

8.1 Products covered by warranty shall be repaired or replaced at Seller’s option.
8.2 Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, neglect, or normal wear.

9. Limitation of Liability

Seller’s liability for defects or delays shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected goods. Seller is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the governing law specified in the sales agreement or contract.
