EWINALL robotic palletizing systems automatically stack filled bags or cartons into stable, repeatable pallet patterns. They reduce heavy manual handling, improve workplace safety and maintain consistent end-of-line output during long production shifts.

The system can be integrated after sewing, heat sealing, metal detection and check weighing, with conveyors, bag flattening, pallet magazines, safety fencing and stretch wrapping configured as required.

Palletizing FAQ

Can the robot work with my existing bagging machine?

Yes. The palletizer is PLC-controlled and can follow existing baggers, sewing machines, check weighers or metal detectors. We review conveyor heights and the layout first.

Which packages can it stack?

Woven, paper and PE bags as well as cartons within the robot's payload. The gripper is selected for your bag type and weight.

How much floor space is needed?

It depends on pallet size, the number of pallet positions and safety fencing. Send your layout drawing and we will propose a plan.
