How the line works

Bag and inspect
QZB-900D weighs, fills and closes bags. Conveyors carry them through metal detection, weight checking and rejection.

Stack and wrap
The EC-171 robot builds pallets; automatic pallet supply and wrapping support the end-of-line workflow.

We need 1-2 kg vacuum packing machine, 5-10-15 kg vacuum packing machine, fully automatic with the robotic arm and automation for Palleting. Please give your best offer for 2-3 tons / hour capacity packaging to start with. Thanks
