Batch changes and lot marking
Tell us how often you change seed lots and varieties. We review clean-out access, coding/lot marking and check weighing as part of the line.
Grass seed and light seed
Grass seed and other low-density seeds are reviewed individually. Send bulk density; our engineers test on equivalent material at our plant and share the video to confirm feeding and output.
From bag to pallet
Combine bagging with closing, check weighing, metal detection, conveying and EC-171 robotic palletizing.
Seeds we pack
Shapes and sizes vary from material to material. Tell us your product; we test on locally sourced material of the same type at our plant and send you the video.

Can one line pack several seed varieties?
It may be possible with suitable feeding, settings and change parts. Share the full product list, bulk densities and pack sizes for review.
Do you support 50 lb seed bags?
50 lb (22.7 kg) falls within our 5–25 kg automatic platform. 220/240 V · 60 Hz configurations are available for North American projects depending on the machine and project.
How is capacity selected?
Specify bags/hour and bag weight for each seed. Light seeds and dense grains behave differently, so output is checked for the actual product.
