Before you choose

Which bag sizes can you handle?

Our standard feed configurations cover 5–50 kg bags, including 25 kg, 50 lb and 55 lb. Fully automatic machines use separate 5–25 kg and 25–50 kg platforms; one machine does not cover the full range.

Pellet feed or mash feed: what changes?

Pellets flow freely and use gravity feeding. Mash, bran and feed powders flow less evenly and use cage feeding (DCS-25, DCS-50FT-1). Tell us your feed type; we test on equivalent material at our plant and share the video to confirm feeding and output.

Do you supply the bags?

No. We do not supply bags. Send us photos and dimensions of your bags and we will confirm compatibility with the machine and closing method.

Semi-automatic or fully automatic?

Semi-automatic bagging scales need an operator to place each bag. Fully automatic baggers pick and place bags themselves and suit higher outputs with fewer operators.
