A 4-axis palletizing robot for the end of bagging lines in rice, flour, sugar, feed, fertilizer and cement plants. It lifts up to 160 kg (about 353 lb) and runs up to 1,600 cycles per hour in bag applications, stacking each bag to a programmed pattern with ±0.5 mm repeatability.
Cycle rate depends on bag weight, gripper and pallet pattern. Payload diagram, reach dimensions and cycle-time charts are available on request.

Infeed
Bags arrive from the bagger on conveyors. -

A bag, box or vacuum gripper, made for your package, picks the load. -
Place
The robot places each bag to the pattern set on the teach pendant or offline software. -
Change
Switching to another product or pallet size takes minutes: select another pattern.

The EC-171 is fed by our bagging machines and conveyors, such as the Double Drive Waiting Palletizer for bag positioning, and can be followed by a stretch wrapper. We take responsibility for the whole system, from pallet pattern to commissioning.
