A servo Cartesian robot that packs 2.5–10 kg (5.5–22 lb) double-side vacuum packs of rice, beans and grains into cartons, at 1,000–1,400 packs per hour. It replaces manual case packing and can also sort, palletize and load or unload.

Infeed
Vacuum packs arrive from the packaging machine.
Pick
The XY servo robot picks each pack.
Place
Packs are placed in the carton; pack direction can be reversed and fold settings customized.
Out
The full carton goes on to a sealer or palletizer.

Switching between 2.5, 5 and 10 kg configurations is a recipe on the touch screen.
