Check compatibility before choosing
Material, bulk density, flow characteristics and dust level guide the feeding and weighing arrangement.
Send material, coating or liner, dimensions and photos. Porous non-woven bags are generally unsuitable for vacuum bag pickup.
Specify bags/hour, bag closing method, available space and connections to conveyors or a palletizer.

How automatic bagging works
Bags are picked, opened, placed at the filling spout and transferred for closing. The video makes the sequence easier to assess before discussing your layout.

What is the difference from a semi-automatic scale?
A semi-automatic scale still needs an operator to place each bag. Automatic bagging adds bag pickup and placement; operators are still needed for replenishment and supervision.
Can it connect to my existing equipment?
Share the layout, transfer heights, upstream supply and downstream closing or palletizing equipment. We will review the mechanical and control interfaces.
What determines the quotation?
The material, bag specifications, output target and selected line equipment determine the scope. Bag photos and specifications are reviewed before the configuration is finalized.
