Project Overview
Ewinall recently supplied an advanced 5kg rice packaging line to an Indonesian rice processing company, designed for high-speed, fully automated operations. The line combines four QZB-900Z fully automatic packaging machines, a smart conveyor system, quality inspection and bag shaping, the ZDJ-1800 secondary bagging machine, and multiple EC-171 palletizing robots, achieving seamless integration from single-bag packaging to palletized shipment.
Production Workflow:
- Primary Packaging – The QZB-900Z machines handle 5kg rice bags, automating bag feeding, precise filling, folding, sealing, and vacuum packaging.
- Conveying & Inspection – Packaged bags are transported through a smart conveyor system with shaping and quality check stations to remove defective products.
- Secondary Packaging – ZDJ-1800 bundles five individual 5kg rice bags into a secondary bag for easier transport and enhanced protection.
- Palletizing – EC-171 robots stack the secondary packaged rice bags onto pallets according to preset patterns, ready for storage or shipment.
