One automatic line for three packaging styles: sewn woven bags, heat-sealed PE handle bags with optional gas flush, and two-side vacuum bags. For rice mills, seed processors and sugar packers who sell 2.5–25 kg (5.5–55 lb) into different markets. Up to 840 bags per hour at ±0.1% F.S.

How one cycle works

Bag feeding
Dual-position magazine supplies woven or PE handle bags without stopping. -
Weighing
Three load cells, cylinder and servo feed, sealed chamber. -
Filling
One fill per bag by gravity. -
Closing
Sewing for woven bags; heat seal (gas flush optional) or two-side vacuum for PE bags.
Select the next product on the touch screen and positions, filling and sealing settings adjust automatically. Manual jog mode runs feeders and bag clamps one by one for cleaning.
