A coordinated bag-to-pallet line

Package
The QZB-700M (25–50 kg bag platform) and QZB-900 automatic baggers weigh, fill and close the bird feed bags. The QZB-700M also runs a 20 kg low-density pigeon mix that needs a large bag.

Conveyors move the finished bags toward the palletizing station.

A FUJI EC-171 palletizing robot stacks the bags according to the selected pallet pattern.
