Five decisions that narrow the shortlist

1. Bag weight
List every required size. A 5–25 kg automatic bagger and a 25–50 kg automatic bagger are different model selections.

2. Bag construction
Send photos and dimensions, including gussets, handles, lining and bag mouth. Confirm compatibility before ordering.

3. Packaging method
Choose ordinary sewing or heat sealing, or specify vacuum packaging and the desired pillow or brick shape.

4. Required output
Convert production volume to bags per hour: tonnes/hour × 1,000 ÷ kg/bag. For example, 5 tonnes/hour in 25 kg bags is 200 bags/hour.

5. Automation scope
Decide whether operators will place bags, and whether inspection, secondary packing, palletizing or wrapping should be included.
