Two fill stations on one frame for plants that bag 5–25 kg (11–55 lb) woven PP bags all day. While one bag is filled and sewn, the next is already placed and opened, so output reaches 700–1,400 bags per hour without adding operators.

How one cycle works

Bag feeding
The feeder picks a flat, buckle-handle or edge-folded woven bag. -
Opening and clamping
The bag is opened and held under the spout. -
Weighing
A servo-driven feeder doses into a three-load-cell scale in a sealed chamber. -
Filling
The bag is released only after the target weight is confirmed. -
Sewing
The bag is sewn and conveyed out while the second station fills.
Product changes are a recipe on the touch screen: scale target, bag size and sewing position are stored per product.
