An in-line dosing scale that discharges granular material at a set, steady rate, so two or more DCS-SZ units can blend rice varieties, beans and grains at fixed ratios before packing. Four models cover 300–40,000 kg/h (about 660–88,000 lb/h) at ±0.3% to ±0.5% accuracy. Motor-driven, no compressed air.
Accuracy and flow were measured with standard rice; results vary with density and particle size.

Set the ratio
Enter the target flow or ratio on the touch screen and switch to automatic. -
Intermittent feed
Material enters the weigh hopper, which rests on three load cells. -
Continuous discharge
PID control keeps the output rate steady, without surges. -
Monitor
Flow statistics, printing and RS485/RS232 data; on any fault, all connected devices stop.
