A semi-automatic weighing and sewing system for 1–50 kg (2–110 lb) woven, jute, PP and paper bags, for rice mills, feed plants, sugar factories and seed processors. A three-sensor scale fills at 200–480 bags per hour with 5 g graduation; the bag is then sewn, thread-cut and coded.

Speed is based on standard rice at normal moisture. Output depends on bag size, operator speed and how the product flows.

Is the DCS-50FE-C the right fit?

Good fit

  • Rice mills (white, parboiled, basmati, japonica)
  • Grain and pulse packers (wheat, corn, soybean, lentil, chickpea)
  • Feed mills bagging pellets or mash in woven or jute bags
  • Sugar and seed packers
  • Plastic pellet and NPK fertilizer packers

Look at another model if

  • You need more bags per hour: see the dual-hopper DCS-50FB-C
  • You pack flour or other powders: see the DCS-50FT-1
  • You run mostly small bags under 10 kg at high speed: see the DCS-15FB2 (0.5–15 kg)
  • You want 25–50 kg bags placed, filled and sewn without an operator: see the QZB-600M

How one cycle works

  1. Bag placing
The operator places the bag under the spout.
  2. Feeding
An independent double-cylinder gate feeds product; its opening is set with the external handle.
  3. Weighing
    The three-sensor scale weighs through a high-speed A/D controller.
  4. Sewing
The conveyor lifts to sewing height; the single-needle head sews and cuts the thread.
  5. Coding
"Qualified", "inspected", "first-class" and the production date are printed on the bag during sewing.

The double-cylinder feed avoids the seal wear common in three-position cylinders. A manual mode jogs the feeder and bag clamp separately to clear clumped product.

Safety and build

  • Load cells and cylinders in a sealed, dust-proof chamber, protected from rice dust and humidity
  • Material-contact parts in corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel
  • Each machine is tested with grain in our plant; you get an accuracy report and a test video before shipment
  • CE (Machinery Directive) and CE for weighing and bagging machines; manufacturer certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

Add to the line

The DCS-50FE-C can be combined with bag conveyors, a heat sealer, a check weigher and a palletizer. We supply the full line and its layout drawing.

To size the machine and give you a price, we need five things:

  • Product (for example japonica rice, soybean, feed pellets)
  • Bag weight and bag type (woven, jute, PP or paper)
  • Target bags per hour or tons per shift
  • Power supply (voltage and Hz)
  • Text to print on the bag, and the equipment after the scale

Our engineers guide installation, calibration and operator training by video call, with the installation manual.
