One semi-automatic machine that makes both pillow (two-side) and brick (six-side) vacuum packs on a single frame. It suits rice, grain and coffee packers who sell 0.25–10 kg (about 0.55–22 lb) pillow packs and 0.25–5 kg (0.55–11 lb) bricks and do not want two machines on the floor.

How one cycle works

Bag placing
The operator places the bag at the pillow or brick station.
Weighing and filling
A digital load cell doses the set weight with 2 g graduation.
Vacuum
Vacuum level is adjustable from -0.08 to 0 MPa.
Sealing and shaping
Upper and lower heat bars seal in one pass; the brick station forms six flat sides.

Vacuum time and sealing temperature are set on the touch screen and stored as recipes. Both stations can work at the same time.
