A fully automatic vacuum packer for rice, grain and seed plants that sell 2.5–10 kg (5.5–22 lb) packs. One machine makes two-side vacuum, false six-side vacuum and soft pillow packs in flat or handle plastic bags, at 600–700 packs per hour.

How one cycle works

Bag feeding
The combined feeder takes flat or handle bags from a large multi-station magazine. -
Weighing
Cylinder-driven feeding into a three-sensor scale. -
Filling
The weighed product is filled into the bag. -
Vacuum and sealing
The bag is vacuumed and heat sealed at the vacuum station. -
Shaping
A separate shaping station squares the pack before discharge.
Separate vacuum and shaping stations mean seal quality and pack shape do not compete for cycle time. Recipes are stored on the PLC touch screen.
