Our fastest multi-format vacuum packer, for high-volume rice mills and food packers filling 2.5–10 kg (5.5–22 lb) bags. One machine runs two-side vacuum, pseudo six-side vacuum, soft bag and gas flush packing at 1,200–1,600 bags per hour, with up to 100 stored recipes.

How one cycle works

Bag picking
A large circular magazine feeds handled or plain plastic bags. -
Weighing
Single-cylinder and vibratory feeding into a sensor scale in a sealed, dust-proof chamber. -
Filling
The weighed product is filled into the bag. -
Vacuum or gas flush
The bag is vacuumed or flushed with nitrogen or CO₂, then closed with two independent heating elements. -
Shaping
A secondary shaping step squares the bag for stacking and shelf display.
One-touch recipe change resets bag size, fill weight, vacuum and sealing settings; up to 100 recipes are stored on the PLC touch screen.

Installation, testing and training scope is confirmed in your quotation. Remote support and on-site assistance can be arranged for your project. Each machine is cycle-tested on material of the same type as your product, and you receive a test report and video before shipment.
