For rice and grain packers moving into 2.5–5 kg (5.5–11 lb) spout pouches and stand-up bags. The operator places the empty pouch; the machine opens it with air, fills by vibration feeder and sensor weighing, and seals it with a dual heating system, at 600–800 bags per hour.

How one cycle works

  1. Bag placement
    The operator places the empty spout pouch.
  2. Air opening
    An air blowing mechanism opens the pouch.
  3. Weighing and filling
    A vibration feeder doses onto a precision sensor.
  4. Sealing
    Two independently controlled heaters make the side seal.
