The DBJ-1350 is an automatic bag stacker for the end of a vacuum packing or bag filling line. It takes finished bags off the conveyor and builds neat, stable stacks ready for storage, shrink wrapping or palletizing, so nobody has to pile bags by hand.

How it works in the line
Infeed A synchronized belt conveyor takes bags from the upstream vacuum packer or filler at matching speed.
Positioning Bags are handled gently so packs are not deformed.
Stacking Bags are placed by the set number per layer, layers per stack and interlocking pattern.
Discharge Finished stacks leave for storage, wrapping or palletizing.
Recipes for different products are recalled on the HMI; stack height and bag count can be changed while running, and bag size changes take minutes.
