Is this workstation the right fit?
Good fit
- Large rice mills shipping vacuum bricks in cartons on pallets
- Seed and grain packers with high volumes and several pack sizes
- Food and agricultural plants that want minimal manual work after filling
Look at another model if
- You only need vacuum bricks with carry bags: see the six-sided vacuum packaging system
- You pack 2.5–5 kg two-side vacuum packs: see the two-side vacuum packaging line
- You only need the vacuum packer: see the QZB-1000S
How it works in the line
-
Vacuum packing
The QZB-1000S fills, seals and vacuum packs 0.5–5 kg bricks. -
Secondary bagging
Each brick gets an outer protective bag for transport. -
Carton packing
The ZXJ-2400 packs the bagged bricks into cartons. -
Inspection
Metal detection and weight inspection reject defective packs automatically. -
Palletizing
The EC-171 robot stacks pallets; an automatic pallet store feeds it empty pallets, so it can run in cycles.
Line modules

| Carton packer | ZXJ-2400 carton packing system |

Empty pallets are placed into the pallet store by hand; from there the system supplies them to the robot automatically.

To lay out the line and give you a price, we need five things:
- Product (for example rice, grain, seed)
- Pack weights and pack style
- Target packs per hour or tons per shift
- Floor space available (a sketch or drawing helps)
- Power supply (voltage and Hz)
