Workflow:

1. QZB-900N Automatic Packaging Machine: With our multiple QZB-900N automatic packaging machines, workers simply need to manually place the bags. The rest of the process is fully automated, including bag handling, opening, filling with materials (like rice, grains, etc.), and sealing, ensuring high-quality packaging for each product.
2. Product Pushing & Conveying: After packaging, products are pushed to the conveyor belt via our Push-Package Reversal System, allowing for easy transport to the next process stage, simplifying material flow and increasing production efficiency.
3. Quality Inspection & Removal of Defective Products: The system includes quality inspection features, such as metal detection and quality checks, automatically rejecting any defective products. This ensures that only high-quality products move forward in the packaging line.
4. Automated Loading & Palletizing: The packaged products are then either directly loaded onto trucks via the conveyor system or transferred to the EC-171 Palletizing Robot for secondary stacking. The EC-171 precisely stacks rice bags onto empty pallets, ensuring neat stacking and the required quantity, automatically flowing to the forklift for transport to storage.
5. Fully Automated Palletizing System: The system automatically delivers new empty pallets to the palletizing robot, ensuring continuous operation and seamless integration with both on-line loading and palletizing for storage, making it ideal for both applications.
