A fully automatic packer for rice, green bean, grain and corn plants that pack 5–10 kg (11–22 lb) PE bags with or without handles. It feeds and opens each bag, checks it, weighs and fills, then either injects CO₂ for freshness or vacuums the bag before sealing, at up to 650 bags per hour.

How one cycle works

Bag feeding and opening
Bags are fed and placed automatically and opened by multiple suction cups.
Bag check
Broken bags are detected and removed automatically.
Weighing and filling
A multi-sensor scale weighs each fill; one bag is filled at a time.
CO₂ or vacuum
CO₂ is injected for freshness, or the bag is vacuumed.
Sealing and delivery
The bag is sealed and delivered by the lifting conveyor.

Bags can be stored vertically or horizontally, selected by hand or automatically. Control is a color touch screen with a programmable PLC.
